His work on the Powerhouse building stands as a local landmark, adorned with distinctive terra cotta sheathing and a timeless elegance that continues to inspire. Goldsmith’s vision earned the structure a place on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, a lasting tribute to his creativity and precision.

3. What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in starts at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early Check-in & late Check-out may be requested, but not guaranteed and fees will apply.
