The Everett Suite honors the legacy of Everett L. Goldsmith, the brilliant architect behind the Powerhouse on Broadway. A celebrated figure in Scottsbluff’s architectural history, Goldsmith was known for his exquisite Art Deco designs and innovative craftsmanship.

His work on the Powerhouse building stands as a local landmark, adorned with distinctive terra cotta sheathing and a timeless elegance that continues to inspire. Goldsmith’s vision earned the structure a place on the National Register of Historic Places in 2001, a lasting tribute to his creativity and precision.
